Loyal Construction India Pvt. Ltd. was founded in 1990 by Director Mr. Sebastain Devasia and he is born and bought up at Irrity Kannur, Kerala, India. Initially the company was known as Loyal Construction and specialized in constructing buildings and apartments. Company main office was at Mr. Sebastain Devasia’s own constructed buildings “Thavakkal Complex” Iritty, Kannur, India.

Later on the company changed name to “Loyal Construction India Pvt. Ltd” and expanded its services to include constructing hospitals, colleges, and other projects. Later on company office shifted haji road junction as loyal group building.
